I am very disappointed with Boucher Volkswagen Dealership Service Department. I strongly feel they recently mislead me to have my front and rear brakes replaced. Additionally, the cost to have the replacemen Service Department. I strongly feel they recently mislead me to have my front and rear brakes replaced. Additionally, the cost to have the replacement brakes installed was absolutely ridiculous. I completely understand they are a business with the objective to make money, but to mislead people to replace parts on a vehicle when it was not necessary is shady on part of the service staff. I will never return to this dealership for service or to purchase another vehicle. More
