Service itself was ok. But I'm annoyed with scheduling. Signed up an appointment well in advance on the website. I specified I needed a shuttle ride when booking. But when I got to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get a shuttle back in the afternoon. If I specify the requirements a week earlier, someone should let me know before I make arrangements with work and drive down to the shop. Additionally, my appointment was for 11am. No one looked at my car until 3pm. What is the point of the time slot? More
