I was quoted a repair that was not needed. Another service center said the repair was not needed. Even if it had been needed, the price fron another service center was less than half of the Bowditch p service center said the repair was not needed. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. More

I have always had good experience with the service department and expecially with the the service team directed by Mr. Casuno. However this time my experience in the service department started out to department and expecially with the the service team directed by Mr. Casuno. However this time my experience in the service department started out to be a very negative one but quickly turned around thanks to Mr. Cusano. I dropped off my truck at 3 pm on Thursday May 26th. Mr. Casuno was not in the office and I left the truck with another service team. I was told that I would be contacted on Friday the 27th and told what was found to be the problem and the possible cost. On the 27th I called around 11:30 and was told that they had not had a chance to look at my truck yet. I was called by the service department at 4 pm later that day on Friday and told that my truck needed a part that was not in stock but could be procured from Hall Ford. I was told that there was not enough time to fix it on the 27th and that it would not be worked on until Tuesday May 31st. I asked if the service department was open on Saturday and could repairs be accomplished then. I was informed that the team that had my truck was not working that weekend and that the other team working could not work on it. I needed my truck but since in needed service I left it to be fixed on Tuesday the 31st since Monday was a holiday. Tuesday finally came around and I again did not hear anything until I called around 2:45 pm and found out that it had parts replaced and was still in need of a front end alignment and that it would be ready by 5 pm. I showed up at 5 pm on Tuesday to find that the truck was still not ready. At this time I was approached by Mr. Cusano and he asked why I had not dropped the truck off with his team like I usually do and I explaind that when I came in that past Thursday he was not in the service office and the other team said they would induct my truck for repair. At this time Mr. Cusano and I talked about the long delay in the repair of my truck. He took personal interest in my service and worked with the technicians to make sure the truck was ready by close of business on the 31st. He also went the extra distance to talk to the service manager and explain how I was told that the weekend crew could not work on my truck which was not a correct statement since his team was the one working that Saturday and he could have worked on it. He explained that the repair should not have required my truck to be in the shop for 5 days. Mr. Cusano and the service manager went the extra mile and compensated me with a discount for the extreme inconvenience I experienced due to the lost time of not having my vehicle. More

I purchased a 2010 Fusion used. Within a month I started having transmission problems. I checked online and discovered that 2010 Fusions were known to have transmission problems- and there were countless h having transmission problems. I called the dealer and spoke to Al. He told me to bring it in right away. Although the repair took about a week, the dealer provided a rental car free of charge and repaired my car- no hassels. The work was done under the warranty- so there was no cost to me. My car runs great. I am very happy with Bowditch Ford's service department, and Al especially. More
Both Larry and Jay were very helpful to me. I had to replace all 4 of my tires and I only had 32,000 miles on my car. I purchased the car new from Bowditch Ford and expected the tires to last at least replace all 4 of my tires and I only had 32,000 miles on my car. I purchased the car new from Bowditch Ford and expected the tires to last at least 50,000. Larry and Jay contacted the tire rep, but he did not offer any solution.
