I had warranty work done on a defective key pad. The courtesy shown by Al was great. He told me how long my car would be in maintenance and arranged transportation to my home. When the work was completed he called and arranged transportation back to the dealership. What was unexpected was the numbers I had programmed in the defective keypad were reprogrammed in the new keypad. I consider this above and beyond normal repairs. This is my 5th car with Bowditch Ford and NEVER have I been disappointed with the sale or service on my vehicles. More

Every time I take my vehicle or my wife's vehicle for service, I am warmly welcomed by "Al" in the service department. He always has a smile, and readily knows the history of our vehicles. I know approximately how long it will take for my vehicle service and I can either wait in a comfortable customer lounge, or even be taken to somewhere I need to go by a customer service vehicle (at no charge by the way). I can also be picked up and returned when my vehicle is ready. The service is always performed by very competant personnel and I have rarely, if ever, had any type of problem after the service was performed. Bowditch Ford has been my dealer for over 15 years, and I will remain a loyal customer as long as I am able to drive. More

Took car in on a Tuesday was told it was covered under recall, then told it wasn't - had to wait a day and a half for a " diagnosis " that we were told wold be complimentary, at the time of picking up the recall, then told it wasn't - had to wait a day and a half for a " diagnosis " that we were told wold be complimentary, at the time of picking up the vehicle the diagnosis was listed on the bill as $97. We have bought SEVEN cars from this dealership and EVERY experience is the same, we are told one thing and another happens, the price is NEVER what we are quoted and even after getting the service manager involved in certain circumstances they still have not lived up to their word. This vehicle is driven for business purposes and can not afford to be off the road for three days because it was brought in under the wrong team or or because the didn't have time to " diagnose " the problem, after another mechanic told them what it was and he found the information saying it was covered under warranty ( that is how the vehicle ended up at the dealership ). We have purchase SEVEN vehicles from Bowditch, had ALL the service work, warranty work, scheduled maintenance and recall work done at this dealership, I even worked at the dealership for two years. If this is how Bowditch treats LOYAL customers and previous employees we WILL NOT do business with them again. This is THE LAST Ford we will purchase and the LAST TIME we will have ANY work done at this dealership. More
December is a very long month for me due to work. I had forgotten about my inspection sticker was due. I finally got the day off and called to see if they were available to do an inspection. Although they were busy Jay understood why I was late and was able to get me in. When I arrived I asked if the detail shop was able to clean my car, cause again I had been unable to. He had informed that it may not be possible. That was fine and I understood. A little while later when Jay called and told everything was fine he surprised me and let me know that they were cleaning my car for me. I have been with Bowditch for almost 10 years now and this is why I will stay with Bowditch. They give excellent service and care. Thank you again Jay. I know you were busy but you still took very good care of me. I really appreciate everything. More
First of all, Al keeps cutting me off while I'm trying to talk and has a slightly arrogant attitude. Would rather deal with a different service rep. 2nd, the rattle that the passenger left side door was s talk and has a slightly arrogant attitude. Great dealership, with the most excellent service - ALWAYS. All the employees are very respectful and professional. Although they were very busy, it was apparent that I wasn't just another number. I had to wait an hour for an oil change but that was most acceptable, however the service manager still apologized for the wait, it wasn't necessary but made me feel important enough to address this concern for their end of the service. Future automobiles will definitely be purchased here because of the service department! More
