Brandon Hopper was our sales consultant and did an outstanding job for us from start to finish. We placed a random call to him on a Saturday morning and within an hour he met us on site, arranged for outstanding job for us from start to finish. We placed a random call to him on a Saturday morning and within an hour he met us on site, arranged for a test drive of a Ford Maverick, provided us with a lot of information and education about the model and various options. We weren't ready to buy and were still exploring other options for a vehicle elsewhere. He was fine with that and we left the lot with no pressure or hard feelings. A few days later, I called back to drive another Maverick they had on the lot. He got us in the next day, coming in on his day off. We arrived at 2PM and left at 4:30PM with the vehicle we wanted and a very fair price. There were no coercive tactics or pressure, and the finance manager (Rob Swearingen) was also very helpful and did not pressure us to purchase any extras that we didn't want.
