Chris Kelly gets 5 stars and more for his excellent service in helping my wife and me order the truck that suited our needs. I'm disappointed in the integrity of Bowen Scarff leadership. I purchased my truck there and have had it consistently maintained, including a recent and significant investment in new brakes, brake fl leadership. I purchased my truck there and have had it consistently maintained, including a recent and significant investment in new brakes, brake fluid service, spark plug replacement and other preventative services. Upon returning home, I noticed the skid plate was hanging down underneath my truck and discovered that a bolt had been overtightened and tore out the corner of the plate. The dealership acknowledged removing and reinstalling the plate, but would not take responsibility for the damage. I had to return to the dealership and pay for a new skid plate. I will not be doing business with Bowen Scarff in the future and I would advise all my connections to consider my experience before establishing a relationship with this organization in the future.
