Purchased a new 2022 Ford Maverick that did not have the front license plate installed. My salesman, Sam Olson, told me to go to a different Ford dealership to get the bracket installed which was very disap front license plate installed. My salesman, Sam Olson, told me to go to a different Ford dealership to get the bracket installed which was very disappointing since I was purchasing the vehicle from Bowen Scarff Ford. The others Ford dealerships I contacted wanted to charge me labor for them to install the front license plate bracket. About a week after purchasing the Maverick, I contacted the Bowen Scarff Ford Service Department explained the situation regarding the front license plate bracket. The young lady was very helpful and told me to bring in the vehicle and they would install the front license plate bracket. Upon my arrival to the service department, I live approximately 50 miles away from Bowen Scarff Ford, I asked to speak to the sales Manager and the sales Manager agreed I would not be charged for the installation. I recently started the search for a new Ford Explorer, basically built the vehicle on Ford's website and was refered to Bowen Scarff as they had the model I was looking for. This dealership is 53 miles from my home so I was hoping to make this purchase quick and painless. As I got out of my car I was reminded by previous purchases how much I disslike buying a new vehicle. In a matter of minutes we were greeted by Sam Olsen. His appearance was genuine and he listened cafefully during our conversations. After 10 minutes or so we were test driving a Ford Explorer ST. After some questions from my wife and I which Sam answered expertly we were back on the lot and had made the decision this Explorer was it. Sam was concise about the purchase procedure and how it was going to take place. We asked all the usual questions buyers asked and shortly we came to an agreement. As we waited for all the paperwork to be processed and the car detailed this is where Sam really shined. He made sure we were comfortable and kept us in the loop of what was going on. Sam used to work for my currently employer so the conversation came easy. Soon we were signing on the dotted line and I was the proud owner of a new car. I really want to thank Sam as this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had, Thank you sam for 5 star service. I hope you are around Bowen Scarff the next time we need a vehicle. More
We worked with Chris Kelly, on the early trade in of our leased Ford. We wanted a Ford Ranger XLT Super Crew FX4 with the upgraded electronics and tow package. All of the dealers in our local area were unwi leased Ford. We wanted a Ford Ranger XLT Super Crew FX4 with the upgraded electronics and tow package.
