Purchased a new 2022 Ford Maverick that did not have the front license plate installed. My salesman, Sam Olson, told me to go to a different Ford dealership to get the bracket installed which was very disap front license plate installed. The others Ford dealerships I contacted wanted to charge me labor for them to install the front license plate bracket. About a week after purchasing the Maverick, I contacted the Bowen Scarff Ford Service Department explained the situation regarding the front license plate bracket. The young lady was very helpful and told me to bring in the vehicle and they would install the front license plate bracket. Upon my arrival to the service department, I live approximately 50 miles away from Bowen Scarff Ford, I asked to speak to the sales Manager and the sales Manager agreed I would not be charged for the installation. As I got out of my car I was reminded by previous purchases how much I disslike buying a new vehicle. In a matter of minutes we were greeted by Sam Olsen. His appearance was genuine and he listened cafefully during our conversations. After 10 minutes or so we were test driving a Ford Explorer ST. After some questions from my wife and I which Sam answered expertly we were back on the lot and had made the decision this Explorer was it. Sam was concise about the purchase procedure and how it was going to take place. We asked all the usual questions buyers asked and shortly we came to an agreement. As we waited for all the paperwork to be processed and the car detailed this is where Sam really shined. He made sure we were comfortable and kept us in the loop of what was going on.
