Everyone that we have interacted with at Bowen Scarff has gone above and beyond with customer service. During the purchase of the vehicle they were professional and quick to respond to every email/text with gone above and beyond with customer service. During the purchase of the vehicle they were professional and quick to respond to every email/text without being overbearing when we needed time to discuss. They made accommodations for all of our requests for a simple and seamless purchase during COVID. We unfortunately have already had interaction with the service department (at no fault of theirs) and I couldn't be happier with how they handled the situation.
