My 1st brand new vehicle purchase and by the far the My 1st brand new vehicle purchase and by the far the worst buying experience I've ever had. I drove 300+ miles to buy the exact truck I wanted. I, w My 1st brand new vehicle purchase and by the far the worst buying experience I've ever had. I drove 300+ miles to buy the exact truck I wanted. I, with no questions asked commitmented to almost $70,000. During the buying process they made me feel as if I was wasting their time. There was discrepancies on the paperwork when it came time for the numbers. If the truck wasnt exactly what I wanted I would've walked away. I got the truck home and find what looks to me like a rock chip on the hood that had been poorly repaired. Bowen scarff "has no knowledge or paperwork showing they repaired the hood" they told me. They said 'it must have happened on they way back to idaho" then another conversation I was told "it looks like bird poop got baked on the hood and caused it to fish eye" so this issue on my brand new truck is now completely my head ache. More
