The next day I was at Bowen Scarff Ford-Lincoln meeting CHRIS KELLY and seeing the car in person. From the moment he shook my hand Chris made me feel comfortable and at ease in my decision making. I did not feel pressured to buy, it was stress free! As I was waiting for my credit approval Chris made sure to give many updates on the process as well as offered me and my mom water and coffee. I was still on my guard, probably differant inside right? Again Mello and friendly. Tom Keefe (sales) was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, experienced and proficient. Made it super simple. They had a close out on the Ford Escape base model and I bought one. So far, excellent vehicle. They will mess up the financing or try to up sell me right. Again no, in and out in 15 minutes. Best car buying experience in my 59 years. I would recommend Tom Keefe to anybody that wants to work with a professional. More
