After an online review of the Escapes available at the dealership, we decided to visit the lot. Caitlyn answered some of our questions by text before we went to the lot. She was not on site at the time we went but linked us up with Matt Fried. Matt was extremely helpful and responsive to our list of requirements for a new Escape. He showed us several of the Escapes on the lot and took us for a test drive in the one we decided would best meet our requirements. It was a very good experience, and we were very well served by Matt's help. We bought the car with essentially all of our requirements satisfied.
