He was helpful in starting the process but failed to follow through on any new vehicles that had arrived o My initial contact was with Josh Markovich. He was helpful in starting the process but failed to follow through on any new vehicles that had arrived on site the following week as he had promised my wife and I that we would be notified. A week later my wife surfed your website and discovered there was another Lincoln added to the site but we were not informed of it. The sales manager was extremely helpful in moving the process along, especially with my wife and our bank accounts being over 3000 miles away. The person in the finance department was extremely professional and helpful with that part of the process. Josh went with me on a test drive prior to purchasing the vehicle. On that same day I left the dealership with the Lincoln MKC but I was lacking the hands-on or basic information to operate this vehicle. I sat in the vehicle for over an hour reading the manual. When I came back into the dealership and approached Josh I sensed that I was taking up his time to have some of my questions/concerns answered. I realize that I am substantially older than Josh and there may be a communication barrier due to our age differences. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to other future buyers. I wish I had received a sticker on the upper left corner of my windshield with the next maintenance/oil change due date. More
