Exceptional service, incredible experience My husband and I live several hours away so we were hesitant about making the drive even though the truck met our specifications. We initially started email communication with Caitlin who was prompt and professional in all her responses. She provided exactly what we asked for and consulted with her manager on questions she was unsure of due to this being an out-of-state transaction. We completed the simple credit application online and began to work out all the details to take possession... Then, we had a change of heart. We really didn't want to make this drive, so we backed out and decided to look elsewhere. Let’s just say, that was a bad idea... we ultimately decided to make the trip to Bowen-Scarff, and 6 hours later we were greeted from the friendliest staff and knew immediately that we'd made the right decision. Caitlin was not available to work with when we arrived, so she referred us to her co-worker, Chris Kelly, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Chris was personable and put us at ease during our test drive. Not once did we feel any pressure to purchase this truck. We even looked around at a few other trucks with Chris while we were there. We decided to move forward and purchase the truck we originally visited the lot for and Chris walked us through the process each step of the way. We then had the pleasure of working with Laura in the finance department who was equally as kind and professional as Chris and Caitlin had been. They acknowledged that they wanted to get us back on the road as soon as possible, but also took some extra steps to ensure all paperwork was completed properly so there wasn’t the possibility of having to return to the dealership for anything.
