Took my car in for an issue with my exhaust. Here it was on recall. I called on Friday about getting an appointment and they got me in on Monday. Will was extremely polite and kept me informed the entire time. They do have to order the part and apologized, but hopefully will get me back in a week. So far, I am pleased with the service! More

Took my car in for service and was greeted with such amazing service. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Will was the best service staff i amazing service. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Will was the best service staff i have ever encountered. This is the second time being at Bowser and the first was no different. I purchased a used vehicle and the process was so smooth. I've never been to a car lot that made you feel like you could take your time. They are always very pushy and rush you through the process. That is until i went to Bowser. My salesman was an absolute charm. He was helpful, friendly, and didn't rush the deal. I was able to take my time and felt great about my purchase. I would definitely recommend Bowser for anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle and utilizing them for any service needs. More
