I wanted to purchase my leased car. He was very rude and commented to the finance person "Do we even want to do this deal?" I told him that if that was the way they treated customers, that I would never do business with Bowser again.and walked out. More

I walked into the dealership wanting to possibly buyout my lease. Instead they try to talk you out of it by showing you a price of a brand new lease and then NEVER telling you what your buyout was until th my lease. Then they “assumed” by my odometer reading that I wanted a 10,000 mile lease when I have always leased for 12,000 miles. Again, NEVER asked me… just ASSUMED! I walked into that dealership at 10am and left at almost 5pm that day. I saw them take back several other customers in front of us….I understand that it’s a long process, however when you tell me to come back at 2pm and everything will be ready to go and never was. I have been a very loyal customer for the last 9 years and always telling friends and family what a nice experience I have had. Unfortunately I will NEVER return after this lease ends. Melissa, the finance manager was wonderful and she explained everything in as much detail as she could, however the sales team was very dishonest. And I will also be sure to spread the word as to how my experience was to everyone I know and to look elsewhere other than BOWSER HYUNDAI! More
