Finally figured it was time to upgrade my Forester, the Outback Wilderness was a major upgrade. I visited several (3+) other dealerships and was welcomed by the staff at Bowser like I was an "old" friend. Outback Wilderness was a major upgrade. I visited several (3+) other dealerships and was welcomed by the staff at Bowser like I was an "old" friend. The salesman Bud Little was awesome to work with, he listened to my wants and needs, and helped me get into the perfect auto for me. The other dealerships just didn't seem like they wanted to spend quality time with me as I made sure they understood that I was checking with other dealers and would make my decision in a few days. This was the 3rd Outback I bought from Bowser. I’ve never felt lied to, taken advantage of, screwed over, or any other negative feelings usually associated with dealing with dealerships. The staff always seemed to do the best they could, limited only by Corporate policies, and the tools they are given to work with ( re: the ridiculous wait times for an ordered car ). I’m 71 years old, and not sure if I’ll ever have to buy another car, but if I do, there’s a 99% probability that I’ll go back to Bowser to buy, or at least start my new car search from there. What happens then is entirely up to Bowser. More
