Worst service department ever! The service manager knows nothing about mechanical things nor knows how to run a service department. On top of that she is rude. They had our truck The service manager knows nothing about mechanical things nor knows how to run a service department. On top of that she is rude. They had our truck for over a month and kept saying they hadn't had time to look at it. We ended up having to track down the owner (owns multiple dealerships). We then heard later from them and said our truck had a problem that the truck didn't even have!! They didn't know if they could fix it. Since the truck was still driveable we went and picked it up. We took it to a local mechanic and he had it fixed in 3 days and it only cost a couple hundred dollars. Boyd dealership charged us $110 to do nothing!!! Absolutely absurd. More
