Took two tries but they got it right I took my 2012 Suburban in for service with 83K miles. It had a loud whine noise present when accellerating or going up hill. I am from Houston and wa I took my 2012 Suburban in for service with 83K miles. It had a loud whine noise present when accellerating or going up hill. I am from Houston and was vacationing in Vail, Colorado for an extended time and could not be without transportation very long. They rebuilt the differential and I picked up the vehicle and started to Vail on a Friday afternoon. It only took a mile or two to confirm that the whine was still there. No change. I made it to Vail and wrote an email to the service rep to tell him the news. He quickly called me and was very apologetic. He admitted that he had not test driven the vehicle after repairs had been completed. He then offerred to bring me a loaner in Vail, drive the Suburban back to Denver (about 100 miles) and take another look at the Suburban for no charge. I had to go to Denver again for other reasons and we made the vehicle switch on that trip. They corrected the problem for no charge, drove the Suburban to me in Vail and picked up the loaner. Outstanding service and they stood behind their work with no complications until it was done right. More
