It was obvious the tires on the truck I bought were not good. They made no attempts to sell me a set of tires, just reassured that they were fine. Turns out the tires were 20 years old. To boot, thier mechanic over inflated the tires by 20 psi on the front and 25 psi on the rears. Through conversations it was clear that they had no concern or care. The safety of my family and those I shared the road with were not a consideration, only the sale. Separately, they seem to specialize in importing cars from Canada. It feels wierd to suggest buying the extended warranty, but if you buy from these low quality humans, you probably should. The Canadian vehicles have a way above average amount of rust and corrosion. This would suggest a coastal part of Canada which combines sea salt and winter. Deery dealers are a prime example of why Ford dealer should and will go extinct. Fingers crossed Ford switches to factory direct purchasing soon. More
