Nathan Dill was extremely rude and does not need to deal with the public - Shonne Guy was our salesman and he was great and was the only reason we returned a second time to this dealership, but, he did not have authority to do anything and he made about 20 or more trips back and forth trying to work the deal - until we said "NO" we are leaving - if we can't get some answers -- then Nathan Dill decided he would take us and he was more than rude - Made several comments about my being a "retired teacher" -- trying to put the rudeness on us -- Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Had to take the car back for an oil change and to make a key -- It took all day long just for this and then had to return after going several miles down the road - due to fact that job was done incorrectly in cleaning out some leaves in the grill area. We are happy with our vehicle - just disgusted with the service we received and rudeness from Nathan Dill. More

My wife and I went into the dealership without much hope of getting a vehicle. Our credit isn't great and we didn't have much of a down payment. It has been a great experience and because of that - we will begin bringing our other personal vehicles to Landers McLarty for service issues in the future. More

It took four days to get a decision on delivery of my vehicle. It has been a week and still have not received any paperwork or second set of keys. Within a few minutes he called me back and offered me a very good deal, and that is pretty much all it took. I told him when I could get to the dealership and He and Jai Catlano were waiting for me. Everything was in order. Jai spent time going over the vehicle in detail and even paired my sons phone to the bluetooth for him. I had a bit of a delay getting into the finance office just because the dealership was very busy. The F&I it was very smooth. The paper work was all correct and well explained to me. I was out the door and on my way within 5 minutes of beginning that process. The internet sales department really gets it. They made everything so easy and Greg really had a good sense of humor about the process of putting the deal together and buying a car. More
