Kristopher Barres, my Service Advisor, was waiting for me when I arrived promptly for my 8:30 AM appt. After the paperwork was completed, I thought I'd have to leave my car and get a loaner, but Kris advised the repair would only take 2 hours so I waited for my car rather than get a loaner and have to return it that afternoon. I had to buy some touch-up paint in the Parts Dept. and Kiko assisted me with the same professional and courteous service as Laura and Kris. Sure enough, my car was ready and washed when in the 2 hours as promised! That's excellent service! As a side note, I ran into my favorite nephew when I was waiting for my car. He takes his BMW there as well and is as happy with the service and personnel as I am. All in the family! More

Over-priced, Over-rated- DISGUSTED! My only great experience was the Customer Service I received from Aaron Vasquez, hands down. It disgusted me that they wanted to charge me over $8000 My only great experience was the Customer Service I received from Aaron Vasquez, hands down. It disgusted me that they wanted to charge me over $8000.00 for repairs when another location with same BMW Certified Technicians is going to charge me $1100..I took my car in for a diagnostic ONLY which I was advised would cost $249.00 (still overpriced) but I agreed to the cost, and low and behold, they screwed me for $411.00 because they changed a few bolts on my alternator, Non the less without my consent! I promise, this will be the last BMW I will ever purchase and cant wait to get rid of it!!. SO DISGUSTED! I dont usually write bad reviews if any at all but this here, was warranted! More
