The SERVICE department at Braman never disappoints - I always receive excellent service. Being a Braman customer for so many years now, both in purchasing and service, I can say this is a tightly run ship. I can tell they have processes in the background to ensure continuous correction and im purchasing and service, I can say this is a tightly run ship. I can tell they have processes in the background to ensure continuous correction and improvement. My car is no longer under the original warranty. When looking for an extended warranty, the short list was Braman's and BMW's offerings. After careful comparison I opted for Braman's and I have used it 3 times so far (in as many years) and my payout each time has been $0. Therefore, I'm extremely happy I chose that warranty. My service advisor is Thomas and he always goes the extra mile for me. I highly recommend you select him as your advisor when you call to make an appointment. More
