My BMW needed emergency service on Tuesday and I was miles from home. When I pulled up to BMW dealership a kind gentleman named Waleed informed me that the service area was at another building. Maico was amazing in helping take the stress and concern away about getting my car repaired. The level of customer care that I was provided at Braman definitely superseded the BMW dealership where I purchased my car. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! I told Jesus exactly what i wanted and he over-delivered on my car. The rest was done over the phone so i wouldn't have to visit the dealership again and 2 days later I came in to finalize the deal. I got the car i wanted at the price i wanted! I choose Braman because of people like Jesus and Jomar in the service department. Whenever my car needs service, it's a quick call to Jomar and he makes sure everything is ready when I arrive. More
