Like many of us - I have never enjoyed the experience of purchasing/leasing a car before. Today was different. I had the pleasure of walking into the dealership this morning and being introduced to BMW Sales Rep, Salvador Lopez. And this experience was completely unexpected - relaxed and friendly, very informative, and I felt as if Salvadore cared and took the time to explain the options I had to make a decision on my new BMW.
