Felipe and Gus really helped me! I had an issue with my driver side rear window that started appearing intermittently back in February. I brought it in to Brahman in March but no pro I had an issue with my driver side rear window that started appearing intermittently back in February. I brought it in to Brahman in March but no problem was found at the time. Just recently the windows components failed completely. While my extended warranty company denied coverage due to a technicality as well as my auto insurance, Felipe and Gus were understanding as the problem could have been fixed back in March if it was not being intermittent at the time, they agreed to help me with the service to a satisfactory extent. That shows real integrity and standing by principals. I will recommend Brahman Service to anyone. They are great! More

He listened to me intently then he explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra mile to ensure my service would be complete and to my satisfaction. I was in and out in no time! During the time my car was being serviced, Aaron communicated with me every step of the way which goes a long way. The day I picked up my x-3, everything was perfect. Aaron said my car would be available at 4:15 and it was. He greeted me right away, accompanied me the entire time - even at cashier. Dealership sleaze at it's worst Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. You know all those stereotypes about sleazy car dealerships - this place is the epitome. To summarize, they sold me a car with prior damage that they did not disclose when asked and then denied responsibility. They also agreed to a deal and had me do the paperwork only to tell me that they can't do the deal for that price and needed to take it up significantly - the classic bait and switch but you wouldn't expect it from a "classy" place like this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More
