My partner and I just moved to Miami from New York, so we need a car. We ask friends from here where to go and why, trying to get enough information to make a choice. Of course, everyone's "Got a guy" they recommend, but they were all sub-par. I turned to reviews, and found a quite a few recommending George Grecu at Braman. I called, spoke with George, told him what I was looking for, and what I wanted to pay. We scheduled an appointment and I went in to test drive. Upon my arrival, he had the car I wanted most (X5) parked out front ready to drive. I told him I was worried about the payments, but he assured me they were in my range. We looked at and test drove a few other cars. I even asked to see the cheapest certified pre-owned car they had (to compare the prices). Where most car dealers would complain about the extra work, George showed me the car, and showed me exactly what the payment would be on my two top picks compared to my low-end option. The following day, I brought my partner to check out the cars, and George was just as friendly and helpful as the day before. He helped us set up our phones with Bluetooth so we could experience the audio system. He let us drive on a highway so we could see the acceleration. He pulled out all the stops to make sure that we were 100% certain this was our car. We discussed monthly payments, and agreed this was our car. He helped get all the information to us for the insurance, and made sure to introduce us personally to Jay from the finance team (also a great guy). In the next few months, we'll need a second car, and there's no doubt that we'll be going to see George at Braman. Also note that my family owned a car dealership when I was growing up, so I saw great and not-so-great sales persons. George is great, and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. More
