Totally disgusted with Braman in Miami. My salesman Alfred is a typical lying salesman, making promises he could not deliver and disappearing after the sale. His managment team in trying to work out my concern of owing the last lease payment on my trade in (an Alpina B7) which was not the verbal deal Alfred and I made, were rude and condescending. It was only after calling BMW North America that I got someone who professed understanding but in the end took weeks to give me the same answer, "We cannot help you" after providing the requested texts between myself and Alfred that showed he told me not to pay the invoice when I received it from BMW financial because "the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing". I am exhausted from fighting and in the end, my only defense is to right a review and to never do business with them again. More

Felipe and Gus really helped me! I had an issue with my driver side rear window that started appearing intermittently back in February. I brought it in to Brahman in March but no pro I had an issue with my driver side rear window that started appearing intermittently back in February. I brought it in to Brahman in March but no problem was found at the time. Just recently the windows components failed completely. While my extended warranty company denied coverage due to a technicality as well as my auto insurance, Felipe and Gus were understanding as the problem could have been fixed back in March if it was not being intermittent at the time, they agreed to help me with the service to a satisfactory extent. That shows real integrity and standing by principals. I will recommend Brahman Service to anyone. They are great! More
