Turning in my Lease I came to the dealership this past Friday to turn in my lease. I did not get into another BMW because my husband received a car from his company and I came to the dealership this past Friday to turn in my lease. I would to commend the EXCELLENT service we received at the body shop prior to our lease return. Erick was wonderful!!! He was extremely professional and made the process so easy. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the two ladies in the front were so helpful and courteous!!!! I give BMW Body Shop 5 STARS!!!!! After I picked up the car from the body shop I went to the actual dealer to turn in the car. I met with Claudia Ortiz and Marc Martinez were absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Even though I was not getting another vehicle they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would like to commend one of your employees who in my opinion in a valuable asset to this company. Sady, the service technician who did our final inspection, made such a positive impression on us!!! He is such a GREAT ASSET to this organization!!!! His professionalism and general knowledge made our experience one of the BEST we have ever had at BMW. I would like to commend him on is amazing personality and kindness!!!!
