His kind gesture was greatly appreciated. It was discovered that the connector was recalled, and was told it was a 4 hour wait. I opted to stay, and to my surprise, my car was finished before the allotted time. On top of that, I received a complimentary car wash, which I desperately needed! The inside was vacuumed too. More
