terrible service was extremely delayed. Had an appointment for 11 on 5/1; Car was supposed to be ready on Friday. Told on Friday car would not be ready unt service was extremely delayed. Had an appointment for 11 on 5/1; Car was supposed to be ready on Friday. Told on Friday car would not be ready until Saturday. Then told late Friday it would not be ready until Monday. We were told that even though we had an appoimtment for 5/1 at 11; when an appointment is made for that time, the car isn't worked on until the next day. Why lie to us?
