Attentive and quick service as always! A++ I had purchased my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback EX with Braman Honda with the extended warranty including hazard/tire. With just over 2,000 miles, I inc I had purchased my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback EX with Braman Honda with the extended warranty including hazard/tire. With just over 2,000 miles, I incurred a flat tire on the highway and went to Braman after replacing with a spare. Considering this was around 2pm on a weekday, I was promptly attended within five minutes (I had called beforehand to confirm my warranty, but did not schedule an official service) and was taken care of by Luis Garcia. It was my first time dealing with Luis and was more than pleasant and professional (my previous go-to and trusted rep, Jason Larenas, had unfortunately moved to a different department). As I was under warranty, my tire was replaced within the next two hours at no additional charge to me as I waited in the dealership's common area and cafeteria. Cafeteria was pleasant as always as well as all the staff. I even ran into my original sales rep (Nelson Mitidieri) who warmly greeted me after immediately recognizing me across the other side of the dealership floor. Ultimately, I continue to to appreciate Braman's overall attention and service, and would wholeheartedly recommend the dealership as a whole! A++ as always! More
