My tires have a special lock and I was never asked to provide it, tires are in the same position because one if them is marked and remains on same place. Who ever goes to this Deslership THINK ABOUT IT!!! Be CAREFULL!! More

This is my 2nd time I bring my Van for service at this dealer (and Hopefully The LAST TIME) as they have not done a good work ever since my first serv This is my 2nd time I bring my Van for service at this dealer (and Hopefully The LAST TIME) as they have not done a good work ever since my first service visit after I bought it from them. They scheduled me on a Saturday at 7:30 am for a defective Visor (to replace it) when my husband went, he was told they Did NOT had the visor nor an appointment scheduled for the Van (a day before a lady contacted me to reconfirmed this appt), they had omitted to write info on the system, they had a wrong telephone number under my account, when they performed repair on my DVD/sun roof shade they left dirty marks and did not cleaned it, debris were left on my passenger seats. When you arrive to the Sevices line NO ONE greets you (you only see employees walking around). You are standing trying to figure out who to reach out for service assistance. I was told that I had to pay for my wipers (they were in great condition till my last service/visit at same dealer); today they stated it only had 6 mo warranty. Never the Less AVOID BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALER!!! Other people waiting to be called to see a service writer were having an experience similar to mine. More

Costumer services BAD I came in today for a recall and for a LED light that it was broken for my Honda Accord 2016 just the walk in the costumer services was off the lady o I came in today for a recall and for a LED light that it was broken for my Honda Accord 2016 just the walk in the costumer services was off the lady on offices #6 was rude and no professional at all. Then the service advisor that help me did I guess his job I ask him for a loaner from the dealer that way I can go work, guess what this dealer doesn't provide that service even if is a recall from Honda. Plus someone over the phone this morning told me Yes. Well 4-5 hours later pick up my car now driving it home I notice that the steering wheel is pushing to the left, I when back to the dealer to tell them and they say that is impossible that they cause it, i drove the car this morning and everything with it was great now is not safe for me and my family to drive like this talk to the Service Manaer: Alex Vizoso, no costumer services at all one more time very rude guy calling me in my face a liar that is impossible that the car was not damage at the services. At the end I had to leave and no solution to it. If I get in to an accident i will lawsuit you guys for the unsafe of me and my family. More
Braman Honda got my credit score down. I was shopping for a new car this last week, I came across Braman Honda in Bird Road with a fair salesman and a manager that call me a day after and n I was shopping for a new car this last week, I came across Braman Honda in Bird Road with a fair salesman and a manager that call me a day after and never call me back after I complain about the financial person treatment to him. When I went to the office of this financial person he didn't look at me, barely talk to me and left me and my daughter in him office as he went to the office next door to talk to his friends. Within 25 minutes of bean in his office, just me and my daughter, the salesman came to me and for the first time in my life told me that I had to go home that the credit check was going to take long and he would call me back(unlike all the other salesmen of all other brand that didn't want me to leave) 5 minutes after I left the dealer the salesman call me and told me that I had to put money down, so I told him that I would think about it. I went to a lot of dealer but the only one that I got a letter from the bank with a denial of credit was Honda, and that means the my credit score went down due to this. At the end I got my new car at Ocean Mazda and a credit approval for over 2 time the amount of Braman Honda and a second car to my wife lease. So at the end I got 2 cars with the value of over 4 times the denial of Braman Honda. I was never treat so bad in a car dealer, and went to over a half dozen dealers. More
I am very satisfied with the service. I visited the dealer on a Saturday evening and the agents Clemente and Malcom were very courteous and patient. They helped me through the whole process of leasing my new car and even stay passed midnight. Great service and I definitely recommend the dealer. This is my second lease and I am pretty sure I will be back in three Years. Five stars service! Thank you More
Bunch of liers!! I wanted to buy new Honda Accord. Mr Frank, a sales person, offered me a car for 26000 $ out the door (including taxes and tag). I agreed with the pri I wanted to buy new Honda Accord. Mr Frank, a sales person, offered me a car for 26000 $ out the door (including taxes and tag). I agreed with the price and gave my SSN so that they can run the credit. Frank came back to me saying the manager was refusing to sell the car at that price and manager would like to talk to me. So then manager came to the room and said there was a mistake in pricing and the price for the same car would be 26900 if I am interested. So I asked that why they ran my credit if they did not want to honor the deal. Manager told me that they did not run my credit. And he said that he would sell the car for 26900 plus tag. I asked if he knew how much it would cost for a new tag. And managed replied that he did not know. So here are the lies: 1) About running my credit: Frank ran my credit when he came back to tell me that the manager is refusing the sale, he left a piece of paper on the table by mistake. I saw that and it was my credit report. I took a photo using my phone. So I showed that photo to the manager saying you guys are lying. You did run my credit. 2) The manager said that he did not know the cost of getting a new tag. How is it possible. They sell thousands of car a month and they don't know the cost?? 3) They offer 0.9% financing option. So I asked if I would get that. The manager said that it would be the finance department's call. And of course the finance department said that the lowest I could get was 2.5%. So I called the manager again asking why is that. His answer was, "Oh, it's your first car that's why." Really? I have very good credit score. My score on that day was 769. So I had to put out a fight outlining all their lies. So for me it was a horrible experience. I ended up paying 27300 (26900 plus 400 for new tag) on top of tolerating all unprofessional behaviors and lies. More

Today I went to BRAMAN HONDA on Coral Way to see a car advertised online, and first thing i'm told after making the inquiry is that they don't wan't to sell the car...then they recommend another car and I see the car; I'm interested and I'm given a price; when I look up the price online at the dealer website - - it's over $1000 less than what I'm told which is crazy...and the sales person even asked if that was the dealers website when I showed her the price....who else's website is that going to be?I made an offer to purchase the car by cash or check expecting a counter offer (as people usually do when negotiating) and the sales person came back to me and said sorry, no...the price is the price no more no less. Don't list a car for sale on the internet for one price and then jack up the price when a customer inquires at the dealer....and don't put a vehicle for sale on the internet if you're not going to sell it. What a waste of time. I'm definitely never recommending this place to any one ever. I've never had this bad of an experience at a dealer and I buy lots of cars. More

Lea bien el contrato porque no le dicen nada ya me ha pasado dos veces en ese dealer donde son unos mentirosos con dos lease que hice y que por supuesto no visitare nunca mas y no se lo recomiendo a nadie More

He spent quite bit of time looking for vehicles that seemed to be hidden:) Together with Finance & Leasing Coordinator, Brandon Garland, they worked together with us to get us into a 2016 CRV EX-L, right at our budget! They worked together at a team, and at midnight, we walked out with our brand new SUV, that we are leasing to own. We are eternally grateful for their energy and kindness . More
