Great service I was waiting to get the passenger side airbag replaced. I wanted to get a loaner as I am disabled and using the backseat is too difficult. I called Honda America three times and asked them to authorize a loaner car for us. I was told that a supervisor would call me back. It never happened. Finally, I called Bramen Honda and was given an appointment within a week. We were late to the appointment due to very heavy traffic on Lake Worth Road. When we showed up we were immediately greeted and soon they took our car to be fixed. We waited even though we were told it would take 4 hours. After 2.5 hours the car was ready. As I was trying to get into the car I fell. Before I knew it there were 2 or 3 men helping me get up. Thank goodness I wasn't hurt. They give you an option of coming to your car and taking your information or going inside to a waiting area. It was better to stay in the car as they are very responsive and quickly got me on my way. Beyond that they provided me with a loaner vehicle since my service would take a few hours. And then, they had managed my expectations well, and called me to let me know my service was completed ahead of the time expected. This was my second visit to Braman for service. In both cases the same outstanding service and reasonable cost for service and parts. The first visit my consultant was Charles Krumenacker and my last visit it was Alleyah Largaespada. I can not over emphasize their positive representation of themselves, the Braman dealership and Honda. More
