Deb Kruger was extremely knowledgeable about her product. She walked me through each of the models and knew everything there was to know about them. She facilitated quite a long and thorough test drive and even allowed the person accompanying me to drive the car as well, which definitely helped in my decision to go with a Mini. I never felt pressured to buy, (which is quite different from other dealers/car companies), and Braman worked with me to find a package that would fit my budget. Deb definitely added her own personal touch - decorated my Mini, even took pics for us, and helped me sync my bluetooth to my car! I've always wanted my own Mini Cooper, and Braman and Deb made it possible :) More
