My opinion has changed about Braman with the way in which my problems were dealt with now. Danny B is an exceptional management figure who seems relentless with his desire to make Braman the best in everything they do and Ralph F who runs MINI service is someone who will get the job done right no matter the reason, even if it requires doing it all over again and without any defensiveness. They both have my respect for these reasons.I have rejoined the ranks as a loyal customer again and hope that the influence of these people will be pervasive throughout the orginization. More
