The sales manager was very condescending, let’s begin there. He had a very poor level of communication and sincerity to us as customers. This entire cancelled transaction was a complete disaster. The only thing we can say is Alex did his best despite the lack of management. We have purchased many cars in our lives and have never had such a horrific experience.
