We received a standard Email from a "Senior Sales Manager" thanking me for visiting Brandon Ford, which we replied with questions on the Edge and stated that I was purchasing a vehicle that weekend. I still have not received a response. We were comparing two different cars, trying to decide which vehicle to purchase. We did purchase an Edge from Veterans Ford in Tampa and the experience was totally different. Sandal, Eddie, and the rest of the team went out of their way to ensure that deal went through. Even staying late on a Saturday night to accommodate my work schedule. More

My visit was for a safety recall (steering). I called for an appointment, was given one for my time frame. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted and processed. I was told how long the repair would take (approx.) and that they would call me when the car was ready for pickup. This is a fantastic place to buy a car. NO high pressure sales. NO games. I was thrilled with my salesman, Thomas Snead. He was able to answer EVERY question I had about the car I was interested in. He was professional and courteous and genuinely interested in my being happy with the vehicle. After I purchased it and left the dealership, I realized I had collected all my belongings from my old car except for what was in the console which included a handprint fingerprint plate my granddaughter had made me 5 years ago. On Monday, I went back and my old car had already been sent to the auction. But that didn't stop the superior customer service of Brandon Ford. Zoran Krekic called the manager of the auction and explained the situation. The man went looking, found my car, gathered my things and then Zoran had Thomas drive over to the auction to retrieve them for me. I have never had such excellent customer service and such an easy time purchasing a vehicle in my life! I highly recommend Brandon Ford to anyone looking for a low-key, pleasant purchase experience.
