We purchased a new Ford last weekend from Brandon Ford and this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have purchased many new cars from other dealers in the past, but nothing ha and this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. He greeted us immediately when we arrived at the dealership and located exactly what we wanted. During the test drive and throughout our time in his office later, there were none of the "games" that we have come to expect at other dealerships. Tommy was very careful to be sure we had just what we were looking for, and was then very straightforward in coming to a final price and a trade-in value for our vehicle. Until now, we did not believe car-buying could be a positive experience throughout. We are still shocked at how different it is to buy a new vehicle from Brandon Ford than anywhere else we've been. And we're telling everyone we know why we drove to Brandon, past several other Ford Dealers. And we would definitely do so again. Tommy Shelly is so genuine and so great to work with. Unlike any other previous experiences elsewhere, Tommy stayed with us nearly two hours past closing time, even waiting until we finished in the finance office to walk us to our new car and go over details like helping us program Sync. I was met with smiles by all the staff and treated with respect. Although my problems were intermittent, John listened intently and researched my symptoms. My husband and I have had the honor to work with Brandon Ford and Kevin Stone twice now. We purchased our first vehicle from Kevin in 2010. He is very knowledgeable about the New and Used vehicles available, as well as every bell and whistle. Kevin is a very patient and kind person. Between 2010 and April 2013 my family and I walked the lot with Kevin several times. We wanted a second vehicle but weren't quite ready yet. Any time we stopped by the dealership to check out inventory was like catching up with an old friend. Last month we traded in our 2010 Explorer and purchased two new vehicles. We walked in, told Kevin what we had decided we wanted in terms of, payments, gas mileage and room. Kevin treated my husband and myself as equals and individuals in regards to what we wanted for our new cars. Him and my husband found a 2013 Fiesta for our commuter vehicle, and Kevin and I found a 2013 Fusion for our family vehicle. Though the process was lengthy it was not stressful at all. Kevin also made sure to set up our Sync in our new vehicles before we left the dealership. Great, great service. I really commend Brandon Ford for making certain to take care of their customers. We chose to go to Brandan Ford due to the largest selection of pre-owned Ford Explorers we found online. Michael Culmo was our salesperson and he was awesome. We felt very comfortable with him and he made the buying experience pleasant. He did not pressure nor hassle us but instead answered all our questions with great knowledge and understanding. We brought my father-in-law with us who is a mechanic and Michael made it possible for him to look at the car up on the lift. He was able to work within our budget and really listened and seemed to care about our experience and choice. There was a time when we almost decided to leave just simply due to nerves but because Michael was so friendly and persistent yet not over that line where one feels pressured, we followed through. The following day after purchasing our vehicle, Michael followed up with my husband and even helped him out with some technical questions. Michael Culmo is definately a very caring and compassionate salesman which is definately not what we expected from a cars salesman. Overall, all the staff at Brandon Ford was helpful and the facility was very clean. We loved it there and even recommended it to friends who are going to look this weekend.
