I answered all questions with 5's because, my buying experience with Kelli was one I never expected! She greeted me and my family of three children with a smile and then walked us through the lot helpin experience with Kelli was one I never expected! Ricardo was a very professional salesman. When I told him my budget, he did not try to push me into a car that was more expensive than I could afford. Just the opposite acutally.
