I called Brandon Ford on Sunday morning and asked for a used car specialist and was connected with Brandon Garcia and I'm glad I was. He was superb; walked through the lot and gave me all the information used car specialist and was connected with Brandon Garcia and I'm glad I was. He was superb; walked through the lot and gave me all the information that I asked and I told my husband was on the way. Brandon worked with his manager and got us a great price on a used Lincoln MKX and a very good price on our trade in. I went back with my husband for the paper signing and delivery of the car. Upon the inspection of the MKX the dealership noticed that two of the tires were worn and insisted on replacing them which was done today, Monday and a few other things that needed corrected plus Brandon filled my gas tank which no one does for a "used" car. Everyone was pleasant and accomodating and I couldn't be happier. I must add that Brandon was just the big hi-lighter on the whole deal. He could not have been more helpful, pleasant and patient; I just can't think of enough positive adjectives to describe him; just completely great!! And I thank you Brandon. The entire process was the best I've had with a dealership and believe me my husband and I have dealt with alot. I would definitely recommend. More

We made the quick decisions to look at cars, we were driving a 94 Saturn manual transmission - as you can tell it was WAY time to get a new car. We went to Honda, Nissan, Ford, Toyota... okay all the d driving a 94 Saturn manual transmission - as you can tell it was WAY time to get a new car. We went to Honda, Nissan, Ford, Toyota... okay all the dealer on Adamo. We were offered a deal on a new car at toyota but were lied to THREE times and the Finance manager was VERY rude to me at that point i really didn't want to deal with them anymore! We went back over to Ford to look again! This time Mike Culmo approached us, he was respectful, honest, relaxed and friendly. I SWEAR i felt like he was more like a tour guide then a salesman. Of course he asked the standard question, but it was pushy or annoying! I couldn't make up my mind, took us out for a drive to "feel her out", even after that i wasn't 100% sure he was respectful and kind. Shook our hands and told us he was here if we had any questions or made an decisions. Based on our conversations with him we knew he was a man of integrity! After prayer and much thought we decided we were in! Listen my credit SUCKS, we filed BK at the begining of the year we still got a ROCKING deal. Mike Culmo never left our side, he was there for the whole process. When all was said and done, we didn't have the title to our trade in with us and our new car was in detail.... Mike said to us, "I don't mind driving you guys home to pick it up if you'd like to get out of here for a bit." What I haven't told you guys is that we had our 4 year old daughter with us who was ready to get out of there. She had played on the playgroup, at the free popcorn and they even offered to charge my ipad because it was just about to die! - I will go back any day of the year to deal with Mike Culmo, he was totally ROCK solid. If you get the pleasure of dealing with him.... talk 80s music with him and ask him how is dog is doing! Mike thank you so much for all your time, kindness and just down right love! More
