I purchased my first car here "certified pre-owned" which later turned out was known by Ford at the time of purchase to have major transmission issues. Contacted Brandon Ford PURELY to express my experience there and was contacted by a manager promising a discount, ultimately to be let down again as it was only viewed as an opportunity to make more money. I was told "we sell them for what we buy them for" as if that's how businesses profit. Keep in mind I did NOT request any discounts they were offered. It seems like they will say what they need to get the deal done NOT do what's right by the consumer. During this whole process I was treated In a condescending manner by staff at Brandon Ford, like I had no right to hold them accountable for their statements after I sign the paperwork. The best part was what I assume is the finance manager making a snide " how did WE waste HIS time" ..... EXTREMELY unprofessional. I can only expect that from someone who insinuated I had no money to put down before asking after I already informed the sales manager I might be inclined to put a down payment if the deal was right. All around I wish I could give 0 stars for BOTH of my experiences. More

Bought a used vehicle and in less than 2 weeks discovered a $1700 problem. Called dealership and was promised a call back which I never received. Had a pleasant conversation, gave him the two stock numbers of the units I was interested in and asked him to give me a breakdown on price out the door since I had a long commute to Tampa. Waited for about half hour and received an email that stated " Thanks for the inquiry. We don’t give exact “Out the Door” numbers as it depends on Tag transfers, Doc Stamps, etc. which are calculated the day of purchase." I was amazed, every other dealership I had contacted had been more than happy to give me a breakdown. I wouldn't waste my time or money with someone who is too lazy to work up a simple breakdown of costs out the door. I drove two hours to Venice Florida, Douglas CDJR, to buy my Dodge Challenger T/A in December, made an awesome deal over the phone, sent me a buyers agreement, easy, no issues, an honest dealership.. wish the wife would drive a Durango but she likes her Fords. More
