I live in Fort Myers so it was a two hour drive to Tampa. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion and from beginning to end, it was absolutely the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ricardo was professional, polite, and courteous. Every question was answered and no detail was left out. This was my 11th new car and I was expecting the usual full court press. I couldn’t have been more wrong. There was no pressure at all and we felt we could walk away at any minute. Ford had a great deal on financing and Ricardo got us the monthly payment we needed. My credit score was another obstacle, but my salesperson Lloyd Plicher went to work for me. I never had to argue or debate with anyone to get payments to be managable for me...he handled it all.
