We will never use Brandon Ford again. It’s clear they’re too big for their britches. We “bought” a car there that they just received, we went to check it out and it needed a new windshield but overall we too big for their britches. So we were told we could discuss prices so we did.Here we come to pick up the car and when my husband does a walk around it has collision damage and his license plate isn’t even on the ready to go car. We were told their CPO didn’t come with any warranty but via their website and other Ford dealers, that just isn’t true. A car with collision damage lost definitely isn’t a CPO and that isn’t what we asked to buy. They were willing to offer to concessions on price or a warranty in case other issues arose from the damage...in stead the implied we just missed the damage. I can guarantee you we didn’t miss it. What an awful car buying experience. We went to Ferman Ford were so impressed with the difference in customer service. More

After that, I wanted to change the oil after 1000 miles (I do that with new vehicles,) and I wanted the tires rebalanced for a slight vibration. I called three times leaving messages for a call back with no response. Finally found a number for a service manager and was told it would be several days before they could take me or I could bring it in and leave it for several hours. I contacted another dealership, took it in the next day, and they had it back servicing it before I had the paperwork filled out. Oil change, filter, tire rotation and balance took maybe 30 minutes. I never sat down and three people came by and asked if I had been taken care of. Needless to say they will be doing my warranty and service work in the future. More
I purchased a new Explorer and it has been longer in service than in my driveway. I have had to make most all calls to find out what is going on with the car. Nobody took any responsibility to ensure I was tak than in my driveway. I have had to make most all calls to find out what is going on with the car. I paid in full for my car and I have purchased two other vehicles there before in the past but never again. Times have changed and service has gotten real bad now. More

I can’t say enough good things about my Ford sales professional Robert Collins. RC is a class act and a solid guy. He is amazing with people and absolutely no pressure which is the way I do business. I highly suggest getting a new Ford from Robert. Mr. Fred Powers helped us put an amazing deal together with my trade. I even asked him a favor he said yes without hesitation. I really liked that. Kirk Kiespert in finance is truly valuable and he can really work deals in finance. He gave me his best from the start. Gave me a few days to figure out that was a great deal Brandon Ford laid out for me! RC my guy showed me everything in my brand new platinum Powerstroke F250! Mr Kevin Stone was extremely polite and made sure I was happy with my purchase and verified I understood all of the amazing features Robert Collins showed me. I’ll only buy from Brandon Ford from here on out. I’ll send them as many people as possible because they will do their best for any and everyone. When I said a competitor had offered significantly more for my trade in he became argumentative and tried to explain that a vehicle with an MSRP of 55k brand new is actually only worth 37K brand new. Don't waste your time with this place. More
