Called and arranged a time for a test drive. 15 mins later, received a text message saying we couldn’t test drive the car, to compare it to its competitors, but was told we couldn’t try before we buy because they didn’t want to add miles to it — which would have been fine iIF it were a new car, but it was USED!!! I imagine it will be more difficult to be number 1 in 2019 if you refuse to let potential customers experience your product. More

We were allowed to look around the lot without being attacked and when we were ready we just walked up towards the front and Ingo asked if he could help us. No pressure. He listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He didn't do they typical going back and forth and sat with us the whole time we were waiting for finance to be ready for us. Woody in finance was great, he took care of everything. I came armed with pay stubs and all sorts of things and when we got in there I was getting them out for him and he let me know that he didn't need anything I was all taken care of and we are ready to sign the papers. I have a Hyundai that I love but when I go to trade that car in I'm going to get a Ford because of how we treated and taken care of at this dealership. We are so happy with our F150! Every time we were there when greeted by a sales person upon telling them we were there looking for someone else. They would personally walk us inside, open the door for us and find that sales person for us. Normally at other dealers the sales person would just say we can find them inside and look away. We bought a SUV clearly out of my wife’s and my league of technology knowledge. Our sales person Tommy Shelly spent a lot of time teaching us how to use it and work all the stuff this thing can do. That was the standout service that we needed. They will definitely have our future business. More

After waiting over 30 minutes, I slowly walked out of the show room where he told me to wait without a single employee saying a word to me. Extremely disappointed as I was ready to drive away with my next FORD truck!! Guess my money wasn’t good enough. More
