I drove 110 miles to buy my car at Brandon Ford. I found the exact car that I wanted to buy for my wife of 50 years at Brandon Ford by looking on the Internet and their web site on a Friday afternoon I found the exact car that I wanted to buy for my wife of 50 years at Brandon Ford by looking on the Internet and their web site on a Friday afternoon. I called Brandon Ford, which I had never heard of before and spoke with Maurice Summers, whom I had never met. Maurice was very patient with me answering all the questions in detail about the vehicle. I called Maurice back about 30 minutes later and told him that we would drive to Brandon Ford on Saturday morning to see and drive the car..I called him on Saturday morning to let him know that we had left home and should arrive at the dealership about 10:30 AM. Upon arrival I test drove the car and then we did a little negotiating with my trade-in and we reached an agreement and I purchased the 2016 Ford Escape. I thought I was going to have to drive back home and remove my handicap lift from the back of my trade-in and then return to Brandon Ford to pick up our new car, however Maurice was more than helpful and went beyond the 'call of duty' in helping to remover the lift and then he ask two others at the dealership to hep him place the lift in the back of our new car. I really appreciated Maurice doing this because it saved me from about a 220 mile round trip to come back to pick up our new car. This was probably the most enjoyable purchase of a vehicle in my life and I would tell anyone about my wonderful experience with Maurice Summers and Brandon Ford. Within four days after my purchase, I have received an email from the dealership and also Maurice Summers thanking me for my business and also to inquire if I had any questions about our new car. This afternoon, I also received a phone call from Maurice as a second follow up on my purchase. I would like to thank Brandon Ford and Maurice Summers for their kind treatment of two elderly persons at their dealership. This transaction could not have been any smoother or easier in my opinion. Brandon Ford, S.O.S. as any other dealership! When first approached, I told the service writer that I needed my oil changed and brakes checked. He asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. I said yes When first approached, I told the service writer that I needed my oil changed and brakes checked. He asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. I said yes. He told me it was an extra charge. I asked, "Why, the mechanic has to remove the tires to check the brakes?" I was told, it didn't matter, it was a chargeable item, the mechanic has to take a couple of steps to swap out the tires, that's labor and that's the way it is and it cannot be changed.. I told him to forget the brake job and tires, I'll take it someplace else, just do the oil. He got the paperwork and noticed that Geo normally did my service write up so he handed me off to Geo. It was Geo who told me not to worry about that extra charge for the tire rotation that he would take care of that. My question is did he, or did I pay for it? I don't know. The price could have been and probably was thrown into the brake job and I'll never know it. For Brandon Ford to have such a money grabbing policy is ridiculous! How many suckers to you people pull that on and get away with it? It really makes me not want to come back! I can get screwed anywhere. I've purchased three vehicles from Brandon Ford but you obviously could care less and I'm the fool who keeps coming back! The biggest issue I have is having the service writer, the mechanic and everyone else who touches the vehicle on some kind of commission basis. No one there represents my interest. It's all about how much money can you bleed out of the customer! I certainly am not comfortable in leaving my vehicles with you. I have to question everything that is told to me as to whether or not it's the truth or is it just another scam to get more money from me! The other problem is that Brandon Ford could really care less. It's to big to care about the customer. That's been proven to me over and over again. I'm thankful to Geo, but he's one person and I'm sure he walks the fence with some of these issues. Your goal, I'm sure, is to keep selling cars and to keep overselling the customer. As a dealership, there's really nothing that sets Brandon Ford apart from any other dealership. I use to think so but your the same as any other. More

First new car purchase After countless price checks and internet searches, I decided to stop by Brandon Ford before heading into work. I was greeted by a salesman named Ted After countless price checks and internet searches, I decided to stop by Brandon Ford before heading into work. I was greeted by a salesman named Ted M while looking at the new Ford Explorer they had advertised. Not only did he inform me that the low internet price was true, he also said that there were multiple units with different colors available. Ted was able to answer all my questions about this model and immediately take me on a demo which confirmed my choice. After leaving that afternoon, Ted remained in contact helping me with my loan application and also holding the vehicle until I could come in on my day off. On the day of the purchase, Ted set up an appointment with me to allow 100% of his attention for my purchase. I arrived at Brandon Ford around 930 and was driving home in my new Explorer an hour later. Thank you Ted for all your professionalism and hard work, you made my first car buying experience a positive one. More

My replaced calipers are not covered by my premium extended warranty that I bought because I didn't go to a Ford dealership to get it down!! I TRIED FOUR TIMES OVER THE PAST 12 MONTHS AND NO ONE THERE COULD FIND THE PROBLEM EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM MY CALIPERS WERE STICKING. NOW I AM OUT $400!!! THANKS BRANDON FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!
