Great service!! I took my car to Brandon Ford because my check engine light was on and my car wasn't starting properly. Robert took excellent care of me. He promptly called me 2 hours after dropping my car off and thoroughly explained the issues my car was having. He was honest and let me know which issues could wait and which issues I should not wait on to get repaired. I will not take my car elsewhere for future repairs. More

Had to come back 3 times in a week I had to come back 3 times in a week because the technician told the advisor he completed the work, but he never did. I questioned advisor if he checked technician's work and he stated "we don't have time to check their work".. Not a great answer. This dealership inconveniences me almost everytime I come. I keep coming back because it is the closest dealership around me. More
Very Disappointed My husband and I drove over an hour to come to Brandon Ford excited for the large inventory they offer. To our disappointment, we were passed around from sales person to sales person, treated like we didn't matter because, as we were told SEVERAL times while we were there that they sold 900 cars last month. I guess that means that our business wasn't important....at least that is is how they made us feel. When we found a car and went in to try to make a deal, even though we weren't happy we the service, the sales rep made a huge mistake and told us we were making a deal on one car (the one we wanted) when the deal was really for another car that we didn't! Never once did he even apologize! Instead he said, "Thats what happens when you look at so many cars." He BLAMED US! I talked to the sales manager and he basically blamed us for looking at too many cars as well. No apologies at all! I guess they feel they are too big to fail so they don't need to show customer service. Oh well! We went to Veteran's Ford and got a great deal on a much better car. We paid the same price they were asking at Brandon Ford and were lucky enough to purchase a car with many more bells and whistles for the price at Veteran's Ford. I will never return to Brandon Ford again. Even if you are a big business, you still should show you care about each customer. By the way, I tried to reach out to higher management, but my email was never returned. More

Brandon Ford quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and contacted my after market extended maintenance plan company. The plan paid for the part and I did not have to get involved. Brandon Ford has always been honest, professional, and very customer support oriented. We took our Ford to them because of their proven reputation and we will continue to do so.
