Excellent experience we went in to Brandon Ford just to look at trucks when Mr Rick Bosso came up to us to see if someone had helped us. My husband does not care for sale we went in to Brandon Ford just to look at trucks when Mr Rick Bosso came up to us to see if someone had helped us. My husband does not care for sales people because we have had other experiences where the sales person is not up front and very pushy. Rick Bosso was understanding and up front with us, that we ended up buying a F 150 sport truck. The experience was very delightful. Sometime this year I would like to purchase a vehicle for myself and I will be calling up Rick to help me. He made us feel very confortable and that he truly cared about us. We also had to meet with Channing Robinson which made the remainning experience a good one. Overall I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I just hope that the service department is as good as the rest of our experience we will have to wait and see since we have had problems with other service departments at other dealerships. Great service all the way around John LaFemina has always treated me like family over at Brandon Ford. This visit was not an exception. He got me in and out in just about an hour. John LaFemina has always treated me like family over at Brandon Ford. This visit was not an exception. He got me in and out in just about an hour. My only complaint is with their WiFi. It seems that when I connect there, I have no more internet capability. I am better off just using my cell signal. After all, when you do have to be there for a couple hours, it would be great to have a quality WiFi available. If not that, a couple phone charging stations would be nice too. But, I will always use this dealership, mainly because of John LaFemina. More
