overall, I feel like I had very great prompt service. I dropped my car off on a Friday evening after hours and they called me on Saturday and told me what was wrong and needed to be replaced. The consultant did not follow up with me on my car that was in for extended warranty service. My initial appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 02/03/2024 at 11:00am. After an hour waiting, my wife Lydia inquired what the status was on my car. Still no one was servicing my car. My wife went back home and left me there. After about two hours I was informed that the dealership had to order the parts for repair. I was upset for having to wait for so long. More
