Harold De La Cruz customer service is second to none. I was in Tampa for a week visiting family. First time since COVID. I live out of state and was headed home at 4:30 AM the Saturday before Memorial Day. My engine light came on 40 miles into my drive home. I turned around and drove to the Brandon dealership. I waited in the dark for the service department to open. Mr. De La Cruz was the first to arrive. The service department was fully booked with scheduled appointments. Mr. De La Cruz was able to fit me in during a holiday weekend, so I could drive home. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. Mr. De La Cruz even wrote a detailed report for my dealership in Georgia. I am so thankful to Mr. De La Cruz and the service department at Brandon Hyundai.
