Very disappointed with the service department. I made an appointment for 10:00. When I dropped off my car Dave said it would take 2-2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. So we had someone pick us up 4 hours later I tried calling and texting for an update. You can’t speak to anyone. No one called me back or responded to my messages. So I had someone drive us back. Dave wasn’t at his desk so I asked the guy with the cowboy hat for the status of my car. He said we have to wait for Dave. About 5 minutes later Dave came. He went to check on the car. They hadn’t even started. We are from NJ and schedule this appointment so we can get back on the road home. He said he was sorry and that the appointment was just to get to talk to him and that the car would be done sometime that day. This is ridiculous. I asked for a manager. Who said well we’re sorry. They will do it now. No one was nice or had a smile. Never had been treated like that at any dealer I’ve been to. Also they did not reset my dash so we keep getting a message that I need service so now we have to take it back to my dealer when we get home More

Mario listened to what I had to say about my vehicle when I came in for my oil change appointment. I explained about the check oil light coming on 14 days after it has been reset since I purchased it. Also t I came in for my oil change appointment. I explained about the check oil light coming on 14 days after it has been reset since I purchased it. Also told him that may map did not come up on my screen when I tapped it. While in the waiting lounge he came in to let me know he had found a recall on my vehicle radio component and asked if I would have time for it to be taken care of while I was there. Lucky for me Mario was on the ball and found the recall because I had not received any info on it at all. This is only the 2nd time someone has listened to me about what was going on with my vehicle. I have been in to have the oil change light reset 5 times not counting when the oil was changed. Mario said he had fixed that problem I'm keeping my fingers crossed because 14 days has not passed since he reset it. More
