The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to wait over 30 minutes to check my car in for an oil change. The person assigned had several customers to check in while there were others with none. I wait over 30 minutes to check my car in for an oil change. Mario listened to what I had to say about my vehicle when I came in for my oil change appointment. I explained about the check oil light coming on 14 days after it has been reset since I purchased it. Also t I came in for my oil change appointment. I explained about the check oil light coming on 14 days after it has been reset since I purchased it. Also told him that may map did not come up on my screen when I tapped it. While in the waiting lounge he came in to let me know he had found a recall on my vehicle radio component and asked if I would have time for it to be taken care of while I was there. Lucky for me Mario was on the ball and found the recall because I had not received any info on it at all. This is only the 2nd time someone has listened to me about what was going on with my vehicle. I have been in to have the oil change light reset 5 times not counting when the oil was changed. Mario said he had fixed that problem I'm keeping my fingers crossed because 14 days has not passed since he reset it. More
