I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, also needed a new tire because my tire had a nail in it after buying the car in August while there was construction. I was quoted over $300 for a tire and said no, I got the oil change and tire rotation and left just for the service center to call me back and say my tires are under warranty and can be charged, I turned back around and then they told me the warehouse closed at 5 (it was 5:08) and they couldn't get me a new tire but one "similar" I said no, they asked me to go back the next day and I couldn't because I live in Orlando. They ended up getting my tire from Honda and installed it but I wasn't able to leave till 7pm. All of it was very unprofessional, I was giving no updates, there was no communication or problem solving. All this could've been taken care of when I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated More
