I had made an appointment on line a couple days prior due to the distance I have to drive to have the service done. I came to have my oil changed and tires rotated. But she would put the order in and have the services done. Ask me to see Alexa at the customer service desk and to get more info from me. Alexa showed me the waiting area. Alexa sent me a text so I could reach her if I had any questions. I did text after a hour but no response. I know she’s busy with others but just a quick acknowledgement would have been great. Later she comes to me and says the tech noticed my wiper blades need replacing at a cost of 50.00. I declined as I do them myself. Alexa notified me the car was ready and ready to check out. Walked to my car and I thought it would be washed but wasn’t. As I read the bill someone noted risk involved so it wasn’t done. I was disappointed when I left. Someone could have asked me about the wash but didn’t As I drove home, this really bothered me. More
